Hello Readers
Sunday morning finds me still in Johnson City with Ray. They’ve done several tests and we’re waiting on results.
I watched our church service on YouTube. Brother Shane Charles was there and sang one of my favorite hymns, “Here I Am”. I pray when my time comes I can hold up my hand and show God Here I Am! Sister Pauline Wilson got up and sang and praised God for bringing her through the sickness and blessing her to be able to walk to the front!
Brother Eddie Wilson brought the message, Judgement Day is Soon to Come. He read Isaiah 3:1-5, Isaiah 3:16-26, John 10:11 and John 10:27-28. He was filled with the spirit today, a powerful message! We all need to make decisions that will please God.
Monday morning still in Johnson City. He’s feeling better but the ribs are going to take a while to heal. The days are going way too slow!
Tuesday morning still in Johnson City. He’s doing much better and was told he could go home tomorrow, Hallelujah!! I went to the hospital gift shop and they’ve got such a good sale going on I bought a few things. I look for bargains wherever I am and 95% off is too good to resist!!
We had a very bad storm come through here. I had just stepped off the elevator and started down the hallway when the power went off!
Happy 87th birthday to Miss Pauline!! You’re a true miracle, God has brought you through so much!!
He finally got released Wednesday afternoon. We had a good trip home and our little dog was very glad to see us! He’s very sore and moving slow but glad to be home.
The mobile food truck, Feeding Southwest Virginia, an equal opportunity provider, was at Council Park today (Thursday) and served 130 households.
Happy 88th birthday to my aunt, Ruby Henson!
I’ve had two unspoken prayer requests for a while and God is moving on my needs, God’s time not my time!! Thank you Lord!!
Reminder, Feeding my Sheep will be doing their giveaway Saturday June 20th.
The giveaway starts about 9:00 am and goes until 1:00 pm. Because of construction at the old Russell Prater School location cars will be lining up near the old Sykes (current EOC) building on Southern Gap. Someone will be there to assist you.
