Classic cars, trucks, motorcycles and specialty vehicles will roll into Whitewood next Saturday for a community event supporting the Whitewood Volunteer Fire Department.
The department’s second annual car show will be held Saturday, Sept. 12, at 16128 Dismal River Road in Whitewood. Registration will begin at 8 a.m.
The event will give automobile enthusiasts an opportunity to display their vehicles while families and other visitors enjoy a day of live music, food and fellowship. Food will be available for purchase throughout the event.
Trophies will be presented in several categories, including People’s Choice and Fireman’s Choice.
Organizers are inviting owners of classic cars, trucks, motorcycles and specialty vehicles to participate. Community members are also encouraged to attend, view the vehicles and support the volunteer fire department.
