The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Buchanan, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Buchanan, Virginia, described as follows:

All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land situate in Buchanan County, State of Virginia, on the Ridge between Prater Creek and Garden Creek and on the head of Box Camp fork of said Prater Creek and on the head of Breedings Branch of Garden Creek waters of Louisa fork of Sandy River, which is more particularly described as follows:
Beginning for the same at a water oak in the Gap of the Ridge between Garden Creek and Prater Creek at a corner of land now or formerly of John H. Street; and running thence from said place of beginning by and with said Street s line South 65 degrees West 14 poles to a chest nut on a spur; thence down said spur North 45 degrees West 41 poles to a small chestnut; thence North 11 degrees West 16 poles to two chestnut oaks; thence North 21- degrees West 14 poles to a chestnut oak; thence North 65 degrees West 8 poles to a red oak; thence North 12 degrees West 38 poles to a white oak by the side of a path; thence North 1-1/2 degrees West 44 poles to a chestnut and chestnut oak sprouts on top of a spur; thence North 69 degrees East 18 poles to a black gum at a corner of land now or formerly of I. R. Coleman on the spur between the right hand and left hand forks of Box Camp fork of said spur; thence North 57 degrees East 16 poles to a double chestnut on top between Box Camp and Breedings Branch; thence South 60 degrees East 18 poles to a black oak and chestnut oak; thence South 23 degrees East 46 poles to a chestnut and two black oak; thence South 80 degrees East 21 poles to a hickory on a hillside; thence South 64 degrees East 64 poles to two chestnut on a spur in a line of the old survey of land now or formerly of James H. Coleman; thence with same South 22 poles to a chestnut; thence South 25 degrees West 48 poles to two chestnuts and poplar; thence North 72 degrees West 50 poles to the place of beginning; containing about 70 acres, more or less.
Being the same property conveyed to James Meadows by Deed from W. J. Coleman and Sarah J. Coleman, his wife, dated October 25, 1907 and recorded among the land records of the Circuit Court of Buchanan County, Virginia on November 11, 1907 in Deed Book 34 at Page 255.
